About Aergo Appraisals
Aergo is a family run business with many years in the real estate industry. Brent, the founder, grew up in the South King County area and has called the Pacific Northwest his home for the past 38 years. Appraising has been apart of most of his life, he first started delivering his fathers appraisals to clients before digital delivery was even a thought.
Brent got into the appraisal business apprenticing under his father in the spring of 2004. In addition to being a certified residential appraiser, Brent is also a licensed broker in Washington State. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kiddos as well as watching Seahawks football. His love for the sport led him to getting his Masters Degree in Sports Leadership and serving as a high school football official for the last nine years. He also is enjoying his second season with the NFL on the instant replay team.
We are based in South King County serving, King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap Counties. We focus on providing accurate appraisals.
