Appraisals for Realtors

While we can’t accept the appraisal for the lending transaction, there are a couple ways we can elevate your transaction.

  1. Pre Listing - Getting an appraisal before you list can give you peace of mind about your listing price. It can also help support a value to a client or give you a better sense of what the market may do when listed. A full appraisal can also get you a sketch which you can reference in your listing.

  2. Sketch - We also offer sketches by themselves. If you are unsure of the square footage, or have a discrepancy from county, you can get a sketch to reference in your listing.

  3. Appraisal Rebuttal- You don’t always get the appraisal that you wanted. We can help you rebut an appraisal and bring up the value. While we may not be able to get all the way to the full value, often times we see a 3-4k bump, which can make or break the deal.
